Welcome to the Interactive NETS*S Wiki!
This Wiki is a compilation of interactive resources and lesson plan ideas that can be used by K-12 teachers when addressing 21st Century and Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The
International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE)
National Educational Technology Standards for Students (NETS*S)
serve as the framework for this Wiki. NETS*S LINK IS BROKEN: here is a link to the correct page
Use the Search box on the left-hand side of the page to find a specific topic of interest (i.e, "retelling" or "angles") OR
Click on the links along the left-hand navigation bar to view each section of the NETS*S framework and corresponding resources for ideas.

You will notice that this wiki is organized by the ISTE NETS*S with corresponding lesson plans, projects and units of study from K-12 educators. We wanted to create a wiki that shared instructional ideas through projects and while we include the integrated technology resources they are simply used as the tools for learning and teaching, they are not our main focus. We hope this site inspires educators to try some of these teaching ideas and we certainly welcome contributions from the field!
About the Authors
This wiki is a collaborative effort, predominately created by the Kansas educators of the Technology Rich Classroom (TRC) Title IID, Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) initiative although we certainly welcome contributions from anyone in the field of education!
